• Ten days, nine nights fully accompanied tour

• Full-board accommodation. For dietary requirements including vegetarian and vegan meals, please inform us during booking and we will be happy to accommodate them.

• Booking is offered as double room packages. We offer single room packages and arrangements can be made at an additional cost.

We will be working with our guides to ensure there are routes and activities for all. This will account for a customizable itinerary as well as contingencies.

We recommend purchasing a 30-day Kenya policy through Amref’s Flying Doctors in addition to your usual travel insurance policy.

Deposit

• A deposit of the tour fee is required to start processing your booking. Your place is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. Reach out to our team for deposit arrangements.

• If your booking is made within 30 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to modify this timeline and to advise if full payment is required at the time of booking.

Final Payment

• The final payment is due 30 days prior to departure or as per stated in your Invoice.

• All payments must be made by credit card, internet transfer (electronic funds transfer) or telegraphic transfer (SWIFT). Payments are normally cleared within five business days. Cash and travelers cheques are not accepted.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive the final payment on or before the due date. If the final payment is not paid on or before the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation by the Client

• In the event that you cancel your booking, in full or partially, for any reason whatsoever we will levy cancellation charges as defined in the section below.

• Cancellations of bookings must be done in writing. Where cancellations are sent by e-mail, you must obtain an e-mail proof of receipt and retain written acknowledgement of receipt from us.

• Cancellation of bookings:

  • 30+ days before departure: Deposit non-refundable

  • 15 - 29 days prior to departure date - 50% of the tour price

  • 0 - 14 days prior to departure date - 100% of the tour price

• We will make every effort to confirm the required services after deposit payment. In the unlikely event of us being unable to confirm the itinerary travel services you will be offered alternative available travel services. Should the alternative available travel services not be acceptable to you we will provide a full refund

• We will make every effort to ensure delivery of services as defined in the confirmed itinerary however we reserve the right to cancel services where unavoidable due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely instance that we cancel services defined in the confirmed itinerary, we will provide a full refund on the cancelled service/s only.
